Vihag Mishra

Vihag has 13 years of experience across Asset Management, Investment Banking and Management Consulting. He is currently working as a Fund Manager with Kotak Asset Management which is the 5th largest Asset Manager in India with Asset Under Management (AUM) of USD 35 Billion. He was previously an investment banker with BNP Paribas which is the largest European Investment Bank (Asset of Euro 2,500 Billion) where Vihag advised clients across multiple industries on their financing needs. He was ranked #1 in class of 72 graduates in prestigious graduate program organized in Singapore. Prior to the stint at BNP Paribas, Vihag was a part of strategy team at Novartis AG where he was working with management team in Germany to improve profitability of key pharmaceutical brands. He also has experience in US based consulting firm ZS Associates where he led multiple assignments in profitability of new product launches, evoked set analysis, segmentation studies and sales force sizing. He has geographically deep experience having worked across US, Germany, Singapore and India. Vihag is an MBA with dual specializations in Finance & Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur which is ranked among the top 5 B-Schools in India. He was part of Dean’s merit list (Among top 5/125). Only student to have received nominations from OP Jindal, Aditya Birla and Tata Trust scholarships. He is also an Engineer from NIT Allahabad (Among Top 5 National Institute of Technologies in India) where he was a scholarship holder.
