About This AMC
PGIM India Mutual Fund (earlier known as DHFL Pramerica Mutual Fund) was established on September 24, 2008 as a Trust sponsored by Prudential Financial, Inc. (USA). Ltd. It was in May 2010 when PGIM India Asset Management Private Limited, got a green signal from SEBI to commence its mutual fund business and operations as PGIM India Mutual Fund.
PGIM is the global investment management business of the US based Prudential Financial, Inc which provides customers a wide range of products and services, including life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, investment management, and retirement planning solutions with operations present in the US, Asia, Europe and Latin America.
Currently, Mr. Ajit Menon is the Managing Director & CEO of PGIM India Mutual Fund. Mr. Vinay Paharia is the CIO (Chief Investment Officer) of PGIM India Mutual Fund.
