About This AMC
Edelweiss Mutual Fund was established on August 23, 2007 as a Trust sponsored by Edelweiss Financial Services Limited. It was in April 2008, when Edelweiss Asset Management Limited, got a green signal from SEBI to commence its mutual fund business and operations as Edelweiss Mutual Fund.
The company expanded its reach by acquiring Forefront Capital in 2014 and JP Morgan AMC's India business in 2016. It further made history as the first fund house in India to launch a passive debt fund, the Bharat Bond ETF.
Currently, Ms. Radhika Gupta is the Managing Director & CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund. Mr. Dhawal Dalal and Mr. Trideep Bhattacharya, are the CIOs (Chief Investment Officers) of Edelweiss Mutual Fund.
