About This AMC
360 ONE Mutual Fund (formerly IIFL Mutual Fund) was established on March 22, 2010, as a Trust sponsored by 360 ONE WAM Limited (formerly IIFL Wealth Management Limited). It was in March 2011 when 360 ONE Asset Management Limited (Formerly known as IIFL Asset Management Limited), got a green signal from SEBI to commence its mutual fund business and operations as 360 ONE Mutual Fund.
Currently, Mr. Prashasta Seth is the Managing Director & CEO of 360 ONE Mutual Fund. Anup Maheshwari is the CIO (Chief Investment Officer) of 360 ONE Mutual Fund and is responsible for the investment and strategy for the AMC’s business including mutual funds and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
